General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and join77 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "join77"). One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on join77. If duplicate accounts are identified, join77 reserves the right to close all secondary accounts immediately, void any bonuses associated with those accounts, and review the primary account for compliance. Players who intentionally create multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers will have all related winnings voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. join77 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on join77 — including live casino titles, slots, cricket betting markets, and fishing games — are provided by third-party software and content providers. The rules governing each individual game are set by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

Sports Betting

Cricket and other sports betting markets on join77 are subject to settlement rules specific to each market type. Pre-match odds are those quoted at the time a bet is placed. In-play (live) odds are subject to change at any time during an event. Disputed Results and Voided Bets

Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game or platform malfunction that causes an incorrect game outcome or prevents a game round from completing normally, join77 will work with the relevant game provider to determine the correct resolution. Where a malfunction voids a game round, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account. join77 accepts no liability for losses arising from game malfunctions outside its direct control.

User Obligations and Prohibited Activity

As a registered player on join77, you agree to use the platform only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Accessing or attempting to access the join77 platform using automated bots, scrapers, scripts, or any non-human browsing technology.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the join77 platform's software or servers.
• Using the join77 platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or fund illegal activity.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage betting strategies that exploit join77's bonus terms.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymising tool to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing join77 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure

join77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where a player has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or is suspected of money laundering.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their join77 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Uncleared bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion from join77. Self-exclusion suspends the account and prevents login for the duration of the exclusion period, which can range from 30 days to permanent closure. Platform-Initiated Suspension

If a breach is confirmed, join77 reserves the right to retain account balances in accordance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, join77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other financial loss not directly caused by a verified error on join77's part.

join77 provides the platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While join77 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime, maintenance windows, or events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.

join77's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their join77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through join77's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Players are encouraged to raise disputes first via the support channel at [email protected] before pursuing formal proceedings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the join77 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and join77 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
